i heard adding properties to a list is not best practise. Is there another way to do it?
Hi @Kireshma1234 , You can achieve this using a dependent dropdown.
Create a property on the Lease Type list to define whether each item applies to Lease In or Lease Out. For example, tag Operating and Finance as applicable to Lease Out, and leave nothing mapped for Lease In.
Then, in the final module where you select Lease In/Out, make the Lease Type line item dependent on that property. This way:
