October update: Simplify user identity management with SCIM APIs
We’re excited to announce the next step of our Central Identity Management (CIM) development is live today with the launch of System for Cross-Domain Identity Management (SCIM) APIs.
Designed to simplify user management, SCIM APIs allow customers to integrate directly with their primary sources of user identity and leverage their existing application provisioning policies, tools, and teams.
We also want to take this opportunity to welcome some of the newest members who have joined the forum: @joeymorisette @M.Kierepka @pujitha.tumma @ColinWall @Stacey_Gibbens @xrprasadx @jcannon @royabhishek92 @anirudh @bhill5 @KelseyTreadwell @christophe_keom @sreekanth.kumar

Thanks @AshwinK - these are great. Is there any roadmap to extend these out to model-level security as well? It'd be great to have an end-to-end user security solution.
We do currently manage this via model-to-model imports into the "Users" tab of a model, but does require a specific setup per model.1
Hi Kevin: Identity Management (creating users and adding/removing them from workspaces) is the first phase of our journey towards enterprise security. Once we complete all milestones related to user identity management, our roadmap includes authorization as a service, with API's for configuring and automating authorization within the workspace/model. This is on our long term roadmap.2
