Is it possible to hide B in the following hierarchy?

My hope is to hide B and show A and C.

<Sample>
A(parent hierarchy)

→B(parent hierarchy)

　→C(Child)

Yes, Show/Hide works in tandem with filters. I suggest you try this, and if there's anything preventing it from working, please provide more details so we can check.
