Create a saved view for importing:
- Module Name: SYS07 Location Details
- Saved View Name: Build Location
- Include: Code, Parent, and subset line items
Here what do you mean by subset line items

Yes you are right to some extent , this activity is asking you to create saved view which will help you create G3 location list which got distribution center as subset , so you would need to show code/country/distribution center line items and save the view , means you will ignore region and default shipping line item . Hope this clarifies your doubt
