How to whitelist API/Autho Services for anaplan

I am working with Anaplan Connect to Import/Export files from flat file. 

for the setup of Anaplan connect it asks to whitelist 

api.anaplan.com & auth.anaplan.com 

And open port 443 for two way https connection.

 

I don't see any detailed documentation or step by step guide to achieve the above two requirements.

 

I would really appreciate if anyone could help on this

    Just try to run the actions/processes - by default it should work. Otherwise, if it won't pass, that means that your system/VPN administrator blocks this traffic - you need to contact them and give them link to Anaplan documentation, they will know how to do it.
