  • Hi @ji_ku,

Thank you for reaching out with this suggestion. Fortunately, this idea is currently on our roadmap for the Anaplan Community. We'll be looking into this in the future and will be sure to post any updates we have on it here on the Community.

    Thanks again,

  • You gain access to Anaplan when you are added to it by someone from your organization. after getting added you recieve email from Anaplan about access then you reset the password and start with the model building and certification.

Community has another Registeration Process .it depends on you if you want to have same user ID and password. but it can be different too ( Decision is yours).

You are absolutly right about the login process, it is similar login as social medias or anaplan login. Sometimes after getting regiseration, we can't access few portions. So you can ask [email protected] to enable your access. ( Anyone find this info wrong, please feel free to correct me )

  • Are registration still open? I can't find any option to register.

  • Hello @CommunityMember126793,

It appears you are registered for the Community already as you were able to post this question, so are you referring to the registration for the Anaplan Live! event?

If so, you may still register for the event here: Anaplan Live! March 2020 Registration

Let us know if you're looking for something else!

  • Hi Kayne - Yes, am registered member on community hence able to post but looks like some issue in accessing the event page. Please get this checked, if u can.

  • I agree. The Anaplan Community and Anaplan Account should link so you don't have to set up separate accounts. It would save newbies a lot of precious time

  • Hi, I successfully created a  Anaplan Community  account and I see on this page that I also need to create an Anaplan Account to be able to use the workspace, etc. However, I couldn't find that link (I will look for it further but writing in case I can't).

  • Hi @zeynep! That's correct, in order to use Anaplan you need to have a workspace. This is typically done as an Anaplan customer, however we have a free 90-day access program to help people get familiar with Anaplan and learn the basics. You can apply here. Good luck!

  • Thank you!

  • It makes sense that the login is separate from the work account. Does the work account belong to the user or the employer? It would be risky to lose community access if your employer cancelled your subscription but I'm new here and don't have a work account yet

  • @southernfrostie
Firstly, welcome to the Anaplan Community, we hope you find all the things you might be looking for.
We in Community agree with your comment on account access. We are working with our hosting provider to better service that exact concern of loosing Community account access if you leave an organization.
In the future you will be able to at will connect your Community account, via Okta to your work account. If you leave an organization, your Community account would still persist within the Anaplan Community and be allowed to be connected to a new work account upon changing employment that uses Anaplan.

  • Hello, I am also new to Anaplan and trying to log in to Anaplan account. Did you find any way to log in Anaplan account? I don't have a work account either. I could watch courses in the Course Center, but also want to have some hands-on practice. Please help. Thanks a lot!!

  • Hello @CindyFeng
Currently if you do not have access to the Anaplan platform thru your employer, or through any courses you are enrolled for in the Academy you can request access to a 90 Day trial access via our Anaplan Access program.

  • Thank you for your reply! I have requested the 90-day trial access and have been on the waitlist. Do you know how long I could get the access? I requested on 4/25. Thanks!!

  • What specific link do you need?
