I am not sure why the product family row is showing codes instead of product names. I thought the issue was because of branches but when I removed them it made everything worse. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

    You might be okay. What is the formula for product family?

    Should be PARENT(ITEM('P2 Products'))

    P1 Product Family List should look like this:

    I have the formula correct. I think I made a big mess of the mapping for the products list. I have included a screenshot and I noticed that my product family list doesn't match yours. Not sure how/when I messed it all up.

    If you reload the product hierarchy, make sure you load it from top to bottom. You got this.
