Forgot Username and Password

Forget your Anaplan Community credentials? Here are a few quick steps that will help you find your username and/or reset your password:

  1. On the Anaplan community home page, click Sign In.

  2. The sign-in window appears. Click the "Need help signing in?" option followed by the "Forgot password" option.

  3. Enter the email registered to your Community profile when prompted and click "Reset via Email." Note, this will not yet reset your password.

  4. You'll receive an email from the Anaplan Community with a temporary password. Please log in using that password. Once logged in, we recommend changing your password to something more secure.
