Not able to apply for Level 1 Independent Path

Hello - I just created my user profile and would like to apply for the Level 1 Program, however I do not see the option to Apply for the training workspace on the website. I see the image for Apply Now however it is not clickable.

    Hi Shahr - per your screenshot registration is closed 18-22 August, do try again on the 23rd.
