Is it be possible to parameterise the password length for a tenancy?

Is this already available and I have missed it? If not maybe one for the roadmap?

I work for a Cyber Security company and they have concerns over the use of 8 character passwords. Most of our users are on SSO so it isn't the highest priority for us, but 8 characters are easily cracked...
