Prevent customers accidentally creating an excessive number of line items

Description of the enhancement:

Can a limit or warning be implemented to prevent a user accidentally creating so many line items via a blueprint import?

Business reason for requesting this enhancement:

We have had multiple instances in the past, of importing a file into blueprint mode, which we actually intended to import into the module data view, or even a list instead.

If the import succeeds in blueprint mode, there can be a huge number of line items created ( the last example was >270,000). This either causes the model to fail to open next time it is accessed or causes the opening duration to increase drastically (e.g. from 1.5 seconds to over 30 minutes). The model then may have to be restored to be useable.
