Within Dashboards mode we need to go to the next level of features to create more precise and compelling layouts:

- Responsive layout across multiple devices/resolutions
- Page Layout Options (Cols, Rows, Panels, Etc)
- More precise layout options with definable spacing between elements
- Snap to Grid
- Resize mutliple dashboard elements simultaneously
- Move multiple dashboard elements simulatneously
- Align multiple dashboard elements
- Group / Ungroup dashboard elements

    It would also be helpful to adjust the size of the grid that dashboard elements snap to.  Would be great to get this in the current UI, along with the responsive layout across devices.
