It has been documented on Community (https://community.anaplan.com/t5/Forums/ROUND-Function-Not-Always-Rounding/m-p/7290#M333). As of 5/15/17, it was acknowledged as an issue and put on the development list.

As a workaround in the meantime, feel free to use the following: ROUND(n x 100)/100
