Anaplan Platform Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a method of confirming a user's claimed identity in which

computer user is granted access only after successfully presenting two or more pieces of

evidence (or factors) to an authentication mechanism:

  • Knowledge (something the user and only the user knows)
  • Possession (something the user and only the user has),
  • Inherence (something the user and only the user is)

  • MFA would be a useful security feature. I'd like to have the option to be able to turn on MFA for our models. We use single-sign on so it would need to be compatible with that.

  • This would be a really useful feature.

  • MFA is a feature on our roadmap.

  • My organization would also like to see MFA enabled for Anaplan logins. We would normally use SSO, but we will have some third-party users accessing our Anaplan environment for data validation, and they cannot be easily integrated into our SSO system.
