Have imports run base on the display name rather than a unique ID
This can be an issue when running a Module to Module Import, if both the target and the source module are dimensioned by numbered Lists, if the target Module's numbered list(s) the import will coordinate the import based on the numbered list(s)' Unique IDs.
This means that some values will fail to import and other values will be imported incorrectly.
Having the option to choose to run these imports using the display name would prevent scenarios such as this from occurring.

I'm not sure that display name would be optimal given that there is not restriction on multiple items having the same display name within a numbered list. However, I could see a use case for allowing the Code to be used when running module to module imports as that would be a unique identifier for each item in the numbered list.
