Missing Data in Production Model

Hello,

These line items are working properly on DEV Model. I can choose a value on drop down menu of the line item "DATE CREATION (MANDATORY)", and the data will populate in the other line items. However, in the Production Model there is no data. I can choose a value on "DATE CREATION (MANDATORY)", but the data will not populate in the other line items.

Source: Numbered List, and Model is Deployed and Synchronized.

  • Hi @stiwrx1 ,

     

    Did you double check that the list which you have the line item formatted as (LTC06 Fiscal Month), has codes in the Production model? If the list is set up as production data, it may differ from the Development model.

    Thanks for your input. But, the list is not a production list. The code must be entered in DEV.

  • @stiwrx1 I am assuming same case for the DATE CREATION list?

  • @kathleenseiler  all line items are from the same list. 

  • @stiwrx1do you mind providing screenshots for the lists from Dev / Prod?

  • Did you twofold watch that the rundown which you have the detail organized as (LTC06 Fiscal Month), has codes in the Production model? In the event that the rundown is set up as creation information, it might vary from the Development model. ptcllbill
