Weekly Auto-Number Updating

hi, I'm trying to find out the function that updates numbers on row automatically week by week. What I expect is that, from attached capture, if I put numbers on "customer request" on week1, then the numbers will move to "prev. customer request" automatically a week after. If anyone knows about this kind of function, please share your knowledge. Thank you.

    PREVIOUS belongs to the most often used functions such as :

    START()
    END()
    LOOKUP
    SUM
    SELECT
    YEARVALUE
    code
    name
    finditem
    parent
    textlist
    post
    period

    never ever build any model witout using the functions.
