I'm doing trying to write the headcount formula for the Rep Quota module, and the video says it should be straightforwardly deliver a 1 if the Rep has a quota, so I assume this needs to be 'IF XXX THEN 1 ELSE 0' but when I input 'IF Quota THEN 1 ELSE 0' I get an error message that says that this formula requires a Boolean, which obviously Quota does not have.
What am I doing wrong? (Screenshot attached)
Solved! Go to Solution.
If quota has number format this will not work so instead you could do 'IF Quota>0 then 1 ELSE 0'. As the 'IF' formula requires a logic answer like true to function.
I hope this helps and if you have anymore questions please do let me know.
Thanks for the quick response, Usman! That makes sense. I'll give it a go and see if it gives what it's meant to once everything else is filled in!
