L3 Target Review UX Prototype

Hi - on the L3 target review ux prototype, one of the checklist items was for the end user to be able to view the stretch goal percentage increases and country sales targets for countries they don't manage but I can't see on the example prototype where they would be able to do this.  What am I missing?!
