Level 2 - Sprint 1

Hi

I have completed Level 2 - Sprint 1 exam but the system kept saying it is not completed.  I re-did it the exam again and it is still saying it is not completed.

I even have the congratulatory results printed.  

What should I do or who should I contact to address this?
