Level 3 sprint 2 - How to populate G4T Territory>Account# list

I am stuck in G4T Territory>Account# list in Level 3 sprint 2.

A2 Account>Product# list was similar to this one and we imported from data hub. It was clear for me. We assigned combined codes for the intersection cells in account-product matrix then imported it.

In G4T Territory>Account# list is confusing. I couldn't figure out how to populate it.

Can you give me some hints?
