The Anaplan Customer Care team is always looking for ways to better support you on your Anaplan journey. It was with this goal in mind that we launched the product support case portal back in March. The case portal allowed you to submit new product support cases, receive updates and track your case’s progress. However, the case portal currently does not meet our and, more importantly, your expectations. As a result, we’ve made the decision to suspend case portal functionality while we redevelop an improved experience.
If you currently have active cases in case portal, you will receive an email for each case which will provide you the latest updates and allow you to reply directly to that email with any questions or updates.
