How to create allocation key based on last forecast data

Hi, 

 

I want to create allocation key which allocates an annual budget data to each month based on last forecast data. Budget and Forecast are two separate version (of course) in my module but I can not find a way to calculate it.

    Hello

     

    I presume this is how you have the data right now:

    1) Latest Forecast by months in one module for current year

    2) Annual Budget at year level for next year

    3) You need to allocate the Budget based on latest forecast

     

    Solution:

    you can multiply the annual budget and use select version latest forecast and offset function to acheive the same.
