Multi select in module (Auto refresh module on dashboard)

Main Idea is to have employee multi choose in module  on dashboard by checkboxes. Is there in anaplan possibility to  implement this? I created  a workaround, (see file as example), but  i have to manual refresh dashboard or module each time selection changes. Can I get auto refresh for Employee KPI module based on chooses in another module?
