Hi,

Is it possible to format my data like so - example Anaplan Data = 4978 I want to display to stake holders 5k.

As a work around currently exporting into excel to amend.

Thanks.

Re: Conditional formatting

you can't  directly format the line item like that, but you can uses use a second line item using the MROUND function

Re: Conditional formatting

@DavidSmith

I've tried that - i think that works for integers if i'm rounding. Not rounding here it's more a number display issue. As a work around I've taken my current line item/1000 to give me the desired result. This would have to be done for every single line item - is there another way to do this ?

Re: Conditional formatting

Ah, Ok

Displaying as thousands with or without separators is a common request,

I would add comments as to your use case and kudo the idea to make it more visible

Re: Conditional formatting

Hi Hina,

As u want to round of to 4 digits , you can use MROUND(x[, y][, r]) formula i.e. MROUND(Numeric line item[,Use 1000 as you want to round of to 4 digits] [, DOWN, UP, NEAREST (default), TOWARDSZERO, AWAYFROMZERO])
MROUND(numeric Line Item, 1000)
