Re: Size calculation of modules

Hi Alessio - this is a great idea and I am very eager to try and implement it. However, there are a few files embedded in your document which contain the line items and blueprint that I am unable to open. Are you able to share those files or am I doing something wrong?

Hi,
Which ones are you unable to open? It all works well my end. Let me know and I can send them over via email (feel free to find me via LinkedIn, if that's easier)

Re: Size calculation of modules

The LIs/Blueprint files on page 12 and 13, as well as the sample extract on page 14. They are just images on my end, not hyperlinks.

Uhm,

I tried to open one of the files and it's working OK. I'm going to link up and send you the files via email.

Re: Size calculation of modules

Just adding some detail for other readers.

the model size is made up of three things

1. The number of elements in the lists

2. The cell count of line items (and list properties)

3. The format of the data

Each list member accounts for 500b.  Subsets (when populated) also count

Multiple the line item cell count  by the following:

  • Boolean - 1b
  • List formatted, Date formatted, Time Period formatted = 4b
  • Text formatted and Number formatted = 8b

For List properties, multiple the members in the list by the above
