14.4.3 Classic Dashboard: Troubles Formatting Grid (Future periods with FY Totals)

Hey Anaplan Community,

I am hoping someone can help me understand how to filter my grids to view only the forecast periods while not removing the FY aggregation column.

In the course, it shows that my dashboard should look like this:

Unfortunately mine does not. I have a tradeoff occuring where I can either start the grid in the months of 2019 and have the FY columns, or I can start with the months of 2020 but lose the FY columns.

Any suggestions?

Many thanks,

Chad

Hi @Chmacpherson

Looks like a Summary issue, can you change the summary of your filter line item to "Any"?

Thanks

Akhtar

Akhtar,

Unfortunately neither the all or any options makes a difference. The aggregation column still disappears.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest a possible solution.

Cheers,

Chad

Could we see 1) the boolean you use to filter (with all periods shown) and 2) the filter setting you did. The best way to check is really your filter line item. Lay it out with periods and columns and you should see that boolean come out true on the FY totals.

Just to give you an idea:
