201 Delete dates for new hires prior to exam

The Training Guide instructs you "If you’ve added any new hires delete their start dates" prior to beginning the exam.  Does this hold true for the two new-hires we entered in Activity #21 where we added Julie Mitchell and TBH? Thank-you!
