Adding and Displaying Tooltips to and Action/Process

Hello,

Has anyone worked out how to add 'Tool-tips' to an Action / Process Button?

I'm finding Tool-tips are very useful, especially on dashboards built in a 'form-like' format (i.e by 'Publishing Selected Line Item...') where each input field can have its own tool-tip.

However, I noticed that for Action/Process buttons I can only enter the text and I'm not able to display the icon to allow users to hover/click to display the text?

In my testing, when I put information in the Tool Tip area for an action, the user will see the tips when they hover over the action.
