Anaplan Excel add-in Login Issue

Hi All,

One of our business user is on 64 BIT Excel. When tried using anaplan excel add-in login, it never shows up the pick up account screen. The screen is always blank and never loads. Did any of you face this issue? If you did, what is the fix for this problem.
