Anaplan Google Sheets Plug-in

Anyone knows why Google Sheets Add-on would really slow down and then not let me sign in on Anaplan on a specific google doc?  Could it be because of the size of the google doc? 

When I try to create connection on a new blank doc - it runs as expected.
