Automatically change the dashboard when adding or deleting a version

Hi everyone, I'm working on a Dashboard. The main goal of this dashboard is to compare differents scénarios (ie Versions). Users are supposed to be able to create and delete scenarios (ie Versions). I face 2 difficulties : 1) When a user delete a version (for example called 'Jim's Forecast'). THe name and the curves  disapears but the Legend still show a label "Serie 3" 2) When a user create a new Version it doesn't appear in the graph. The graphs have to be re generated from sratch and all the export to dash board and option have to be done. Are their any solution regarding those 2 issues ? Best regards
