CA Certificates Accepted by Anaplan

Hi all, 

 

I'm looking to register a CA Certificate with Anaplan and running into some issues. When I try to register my CA certificate I get an error message that reads. "email should not be blank [null]"

 

This CA certificate was issued by my company. Do I need to procure a CA Certificate from one of the vendors listed in this article?https://help.anaplan.com/anapedia/Content/Administration_and_Security/Tenant_Administration/Security/SupportedRootCACertificatesWithAnaplan.htm

    Hi brookec,

    Self generated and signed certificates are not accepted. Only certificates issued by CAs listed in that post are accepted by Anaplan

    Unfortunately, there are no free options for certificates currently...
