Hi Friends - I am experiencing an issue wherein unable to display image on the IMAGE CARD in NUX Board page. I can access this page using Office365 credentials. Image (.png) is on SharePoint folder which can be access through office365 MFA.
Given the security now a days, most of the orgs are on MFA; Is office365 MFA an issue here to access and display?
In my experience you have to make sure you both have access to the image location and you are signed in with your 365 accounts. Otherwise, the image won't display. If the data on the image is not extremely sensitive you might want to check other storing options like: imgbb.com or imgur.com, whith those sites it's still extremely difficult to find anything if you don't have the link, but there are no access issues.

The server request to display the image is made by Anaplan, not you. The link needs to be publicly accessible. Or at least to the Anaplan server.
Just to add to @Ingilavicus and @nathan_rudman make sure the URL is on a secure socket layer ("HTTPS"). Example https://www.yourimagelocation.com/image.png
@Ingilavicus , @nathan_rudman and @JaredDolich
URL is following secured socket layer protocol (HTTPS) and image is at SharePoint.
I have access to the SharePoint location but unfortunately Anaplan is unable to locate / access the image.
With all surprise, image is not reflecting even on standard dashboard.
Applied flow:
1. Model > Module > Line Item (Link type)
2. MS Teams group
3. Uploaded a png image (which can be access through SharePoint location also)
4. Link this image to the line item
5. Image card (NUX) / Image (Standard dashboard) > Link Line Item
Unable to locate the image and showing the error pasted in the original post in this thread.
Sorry, can't be shared and accessed publicly
