Connectivity error

Hi experts,

 

I often encounter connectivity error (I think). 

 

In the Anaplan model, after some process is executed, i get "Retry 1, 2, 3..."  message,

and in a few minutes I cannot access Anaplan model.

 

In my house network has 90 mbps or more downloading speed.

 

Is there any solution for this?

I am not sure but you can try below approach:

  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try to login with different browser
  • If above two doesn't work for you then take the help from Anaplan support support@anaplan.com
