Copy the data from one version to another through saved view import action

Hi all, I have one doubt here, my client request is, I want to create a saved view for to copy the data from budget version to forecast version through import action.

so I got struck here, where I can find out the budget budget, once find out then for creating saved view what are lists, dimensions, line items  and versions are required, how to do that ?

please help me

Hi Silpa,

You could use the bulk copy feature to move data from version to version.

You could also enter a formula in version 2 = version 1,  then remove the formula, all data will remain in version 2.

If you're using both native version or non-native versions (ie via lists) then setup the filters you want and then do "select every time" on the import.

But like @ChrisStauffer says why not use "Bulk Copy" if it's the whole version to copy over for all the data intersections.
