How the scenario for New Territories and New Sales representatives are handled?

when there is no previous year data , when the New territories is planned not starting from First month.

What if new sales representatives are planned?

Thank you for your request.
To me it sounds like you are looking for the "assign"-action.
There is an example of countries and employees.
In your case you would probably need to replace the parent hierarchy of country with territory.
