Difference between "Last x day in MM" or "x day nearest to end of MM" in Time tab

Level 1 Model Building 3.1.3 Practice with Time Settings Scenarios

In Time tab, you can set up "End of Fiscal Year" by selecting either one of them: "Last x day in MM" or "x day nearest to end of MM."

However, I don't quite understand the difference.

For example, what is the difference between "Last Sunday in March" and "Sunday nearest to end of March"?

Thank you very much in advance.

Because those could be two different answers.  The Last Sunday in March is always in March and Sunday nearest the end of March can actually be in April.
