Error anaplan connect

Hi team,

 

I have problem with anaplan connect 1.4, sometimes i get error

how to fixed this error?

    @Panji  its a network error,

    I suggest you should cross check once whether api.anaplan.com and auth.anaplan.com are whitelisted in your firewall or not.

    Hi Panji,

     

    are you able to post a copy of your script and hide the credentials? You will want to ensure your script is passing through the auth and service URLs. Additionally double check to see if the import works manually and an action has been created for the file load.
