Excel Add-In Licensing

Hi All,

 

We would like end users to be able to use the Excel Add-In to access Anaplan modules, so they can build formatted reports using that data.

 

Am I right in assuming that these users do not need to be Workspace Admins with a Model Builder license, as long as they are simply accessing the data in pre-built modules (i.e. not having to create specific modules/ views of their own)?

    Hi Tristan,

    You are correct - no workspace admin privileges are required, the excel add-in is free (as well as the PowerPoint add-in and Anaplan Connect).

    As long as a a user has access to a module they will be able to connect to it or a saved view of the module.
