Filter by page selector

Hi, I want to Filter List by page selector.

I have this two tables.

Region List is a parent of Country.

I want to achieve this below image.

When I select Europe in Region table, Country table is filtered Europe Region.

Is there any way to do this?

I wish I can get List Item which I choose now.

yes, you can do that! there is a option called hierarchy filter in UX, if you enable that it will filter this way.
