Formatting on non-lineitem dimension

Hi, I have a requirement where users want to have ability to manual key-in or formula by colums while they still want to do formating by rows (make header/summary/conditonal color formatting....) I know that Anaplan only support lineitem dimension to have formula or formatting. But is there any workaround for this requirement or any improvment in near future on product roadmap that can let us to do formating on non-lineitem dimension/list? Thanks a lot, Huy.
