How far does History go?

Does the Anaplan Platform keep ALL history for a model back as far as when it was first created?

Anaplan keeps ALL history for a model, but only show the last 1000 changes in the history (less in IE) but you can export the history to analyze the entire model history.

Also is limited by when model was created (were any structural changes made) in software which may effect the history.
