How to Export a Dashboard to PDF?
Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way in Anaplan to block the export in PDF and Excel of Dashboards and modules?
The client have asked to limit that for confidentiality (e.g. for salary), I know the users will be able to copy and paste the data in Excel and so on, but theoretically we would need to block the direct download of the file.

Yes this is possible!
If you go onto the dashboard and then go on edit you can remove which menu options are available in the menu options section to all users viewing that dashboard.

Its possible to control the export at the module level as suggested by Usman, but at the dashboard level it can't be restricted.

Hi @guidopolisena,
It will be possible by disabling the Toolbar Option. This I assume it should be done for each module published on the dashboard. As well, disable the import and export for each module, as well as Open Source Module.
I recommend you to test this using a user profile, as with an admin profile you will still be able to see the Toolbar.
