How to connect Anaplan to Tableau

Hi Everyone. I am attempting to utilize Anaplan to see my information in tables however not fortunate. Is there any approach to acquire the information from Anaplan and see them in Tableau? Effectively attempted a great deal however no luck. 

If anyone knows pls guide me.
