Hi,
At first look, i advise two things,
Select only non-summary rows in your source. You could do this by having a boolean with formula TRUE and none summary, use this to filter the view.
Look at the clear options in the line item tab, decide based on what you want to do - complete reload or append new values. Clearing all of them, is like beginning with a clean slate everytime you import.0

Hi - Is there a reason the uploader column is not mapped from data hub into target model? It looks like it is column 2 in your mapping table but is currently set to "ask each time".
I am not entirely sure what is driving the issue but it may be helpful to see if we can isolate which dimension is the issue.
