    Not going to give you the solution because it is part of the exam, but will give you a hint.  Look in the upper left-hand corner of your picture and see if you see anything "off".

    Ok, that was part of it...Now look at the codes and do those match up with the people?  Looks like you might have some extra pieces in there.

    @NISHI You are missing mapping of employees with their code , map #E2 employees with code and line items with respect to source data
