Level 2 Sprint 2 DEM03 and DAT03

Hi Team,

When reviewing my latest workings and forecast per DEM03 and referencing this against the example for the baseline forecast DEM03 in sprint 2, I couldn't help but notice that my figures are different for the future periods commencing in Week 1 FY21. I'm not sure whether this is related to an error in DAT03.

Please see attached my formulae and extracts from my model, may I confirm why my figures are significantly higher than the ones set out in the example in the learning center please?

Thank you and regards

Matthias

  • Hi Anand,

Thank you very much for the quick response, please see attached.

Week 5 FY20 is 69.94 vs. 59.47 in the example. I appreciate your continued support!

    Thank you,

    Matthias

  • Hi @mstanisic ,

Kindly check the 'DAT03 Historic Volumes' Week 5 FY20 Data for 'Offset Volumes for 1st Forecast year'. This is the only value that you are pulling here. And this value comes from the data hub, while loading the historic volumes. If the values match in the data hub and the historic volumes file, then need not worry. Carry on with the model build, you are going correct.

    I hope this helps
