1. I need clarification in the below screenshot says Import "Territory Data. CSV" file in the Data Hub :
- Do i need to do it in List or Modules in Data Hub? [there's no mapping between Accounts and Territory ] and same has been available in the SYS 05 in the system module.
2. Immediate next US says that you have completed the Process "Action" of assigning account to Territory. But i haven't done it yet how to proceed further?
1. First, you need to update List of territories and afterwards System module with Territory list.
2. It's just an information for you at this point, that you do not need to do anything manually, just build the process. In User Story 2.5 you will be provided with a file to load the data.
