Line item type defaults to Number

Hi

Whenever I create a line item in a general list or Module, the type defaults to Number and I have to change to the relevant type. As Text is the type we normally use, how to change the setup so that the type defaults to Text instead of Number?

Thanks

Regards

There is no way you can do that. Number is the default format. To speed up the process you can use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to copy paste the formatting in bulk

Hope that helps

I’m sure you have a good reason to use Text as the format for majority of line items in your model, however, since Text is the most taxing format for the Anaplan engine, consider using other line item format types.
